Editing Audio in Garageband

i have being working in garage band and i have been editing a song buy adding effects changing the sound frequency and cutting and pasting the song and adding it to other parts i find it good but hard when i dont know what to do

this is what i uploaded onto youtube from recording it

AVI - this takes long 

FLV - was past to put up 

M4V - this was fast for me 

MOV - this is slow for me 

MP4 - this one was good 

wmv -  was fast
